J. K. Residential Services, Inc was formed in December 2005.
Our Company was formed for the purpose of providing fee management of real estate assets in Southern California with an emphasis on multi-family.
J. K. Residential Services is a wholly owned subsidiary of J. K. Properties, Inc., a California corporation. Our company currently manages over 65 projects consisting of over 3,100 units. The properties are located throughout Southern California with a concentration in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.
For each asset managed, J. K. Residential Services creates and executes a definitive business plan identifying key operational elements of the property that need improvement. Each property generally has some economic or operational advantage over the competition in its specific sub-market.
J. K. Residential Services hires only experienced supervisors, managers and leasing agents in each of the sub-markets.
A careful analysis of each of the following factors is required to effectively manage each property: rent surveys, capability of existing staff, curb appeal, general condition of each property, walk through with managers and maintenance personnel, discussions with local police and reviews of preformed projections.
After the internal analysis is complete and the decision to manage has been made, our company then refines and implements the business action plan, in cooperation with the owner. Through every stage of the business plan, J. K. Residential Services participates in a hands-on policy with contractors, service providers, supervisors, property managers, maintenance personnel and staff.
Anza Management Company was founded in 1975.
Since that time we have managed over 30,000 apartment homes in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino and San Diego Counties in California, and in Nevada and Arizona.
In recognition of our high standards of professionalism, leadership within the industry, and compliance with stringent requirements, Anza has been designated an Accredited Management Organization by the Institute of Real Estate Management.

Get copies of any state or local laws that require safety devices such as deadbolts and window locks, check out the property's vulnerability to intrusion by a criminal, and learn whether criminal incidents have already occurred on the property or nearby.
